Fund raising with Community Matters, Southsea Waitrose

Beating the Blues is one of the community groups featured in this month's (September) Community Matters in the Southsea branch of Waitrose. All you have to do is each time you do a shop, pick up a green token and post it into the 'Beating the Blues' voting box.
Spread the word and ask your friends and family to vote as well.

Please support us this month and help raise funds to keep the group singing!

Beating the Blues is a weekly community singing group which lifts people's spirits with a good old sing, some laughter, good company and of course.... tea, coffee and cake! Proven to combat stress and depression, singing is also good for people's health improving lung function and memory too.
Led by Gill Grech & Penny Rance. Every Wednesday 10.30am-12noon, Eastney Community Centre, Bransbury Park, Eastney.
£4 suggested donation on the door includes refreshments.
